In the example above, the client is taking care of call charges because they provided the calling system.
It’s an interesting job
Sir my question is that as a Nigerian, our tone and sound of English is different from other foreigners, hope that won’t be a barrier as a appointment setter seeking for job in international companies
Lols…don’t worry about your accent.
Indians and Filipinos have worse accent, and they do very well.
Just be confident and speak clearly
